What do the packages include?
Final mages will be delivered via a private online gallery within 7 - 10 business days of the shoot. If you require them sooner, please let us know!
When will the Photographer arrive at my event?
The Photographer will arrive 15 minutes prior to the confirmed start time to set up and familarise with venue and setting.
What can I expect from my Coverage package?
Non-stop snapping! We will capture as much as possible depending amount of coverage time chosen from two separate cameras.
Expect the following photo examples: Atmosphere, tablescapes, guests - posed and candid shots, event formalities, venue, catering, decor and little details.
Before the end of your coverage package, we will check in with you to see if there are any additional photos requested.
My event is located 30+ kms from the Gold Coast, is there an additonal fee?
Additional travel fees may apply if the event location is greater than 30kms from the Gold Coast.
How can I access my images?
Event images will be made available via a private online gallery after your event. An email address will be required to access and view the images.
How do I choose which images I get to keep?
You will be able to view the entire gallery of images and select the number of images you want to keep. You will select your Favourite images online from your computer and/or desktop using a heart icon. That will generate a Favourites list, from which you will later be sent a final download link.
What formats will the images be available in?
All final images are delivered via a private online gallery and can be instantly downloaded into online format - Websize (2048px). High Resolution images can be provided for an additional fee.
How do we book our event with you?
Please send us an email to info@novasoma.com and we’ll be in touch with a formalised quote with direct deposit bank details. We do require a 50% deposit to book your event date, with the remaining 50% due before or the day of the event.
